KLT are delighted to join the thousands of UK organisations and businesses accredited as Living Wage employers, helping to ensure everyone can earn enough to live on.
What does accredited Living Wage employer status mean?
- The real Living Wage is a minimum hourly rate reviewed annually and there is a rate for working inside and outside of London. By paying this as a minimum, employers are voluntarily ensuring their employees earn a wage that is enough to live on.
- Living Wage employers must pay the real Living Wage to all directly employed staff and provide a commitment that third party contracts will be renewed at the Living Wage.
We believe that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay and are very proud to have made this commitment to our workforce.
